We are a small family business, based in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We love good food, good service, and the outdoors. Our cafe trailer is well fitted out with a coffee machine, grinder, hot and cold water, fridges, freezer, BBQ, stove, sinks, drinks fridges, oven/smoker and plenty of storage.
In addition, we have a large van, perfect for extra room for transport of extra supplies, for larger events. Depending on the size of the event we can handle the service requirements with two people, or as many as 5 to accommodate the busy demands of larger events.
